How do you turn on the LED's in the headlight and parking light..besides on AUTO?

How do you turn on the LED's in the headlight and parking light..besides on AUTO?
I know if you have the light switch on AUTO during the day.....the LED's in the headlight and the parking light LED'S are bright.
Is there anyway to keep this setting? My headlights on AUTO turn on when it's not necessarily real dark. I tried to play around with the switch and I know the headlight LED's come on when you switch it one over...but the parking lights do not come on.
