Reset M-brace for New Owner

Reset M-brace for New Owner
I purchased a used 2014 Mercedes CLS AMG. I would like to be able to use the Mercedes Apps and the M-brace system. Whenever I push the "i" button in the car, it says "Verizon Wireless, we will try to connect a collect call", then pauses a while, then repeat. No call is placed.
I tried calling the 1-800 number and they said I would need to use the "i" button.
I live 2+hrs from Mercedes Dealer and was wondering if I could reset the system so I could activate now as 2nd owner.
Thanks.

Just in case anyone looks at this later, I had to take the car to Mercedes for an update to get things working. They could not do it over the phone, the "I" button kept trying to make a collect call, and there were no other options. Software updated and now working without issue.

Thanks for the update. I was going through the same thing. Dealer told my to try to hit all three buttons at once to reset and if that didn't work it needed a software update. So off to the dealer. Thanks again.

So I got to the dealer, and then got back on the phone, and it took forever, and got it hooked up. I get 3 months free and then 33 months at a costs of over $600. And it doesn't do much at all in the convenience area. So I cancelled, and of course they had to read another 20 minutes of bull**** to me telling me how dangerous what I was doing was and guilt tripping me.

I fell for it. Then reconsidered and cancelled once I figured out how little I was getting for the price. The lady was pissed.
