FINALLY

Didn't give up on my wheels and it paid off.
Swapped the Michelins PS4S out for same size 245/35/20 & 285/30/20 Michelins Super Sports and voila everything was perfect. Tons of space between the boot and tire. I never knew tires are so different. et32 front & et42 rear, no spacerand no rubbing.
Lesson learnt - PS4S is a huge freaking tire.

Thanks for all the help guys! You rock!

Look at this link. Other put 275/30/20 in the front still have no rub. Again, the offset is important. What do you mean by 10 mm doesn't fit the hub? If they don't have the right spacer, get it else where.

Does the PS4S on 245 really wider than other tire with 275?

The problem was never the width. It was the height. It was touching the boot on top. PS4S 245 for some reason is taller then PSS. pics are with PSS on without any spacers. its not rubbing anymore

Awesome, glad it worked out man!

I kept scratching my head because I had super sports and had 0 rubs. I went to a Hankook V12 and had slight rub on the wheel wells (only at a certain angle).

It should have dawned on me that could have been your problem.

Some small variances is expected between tire manufactures and models...but that's extreme for sure!
