I want to replace the old blue wreath hood emblem with the new black version. Unlike most emblems, on the CLS it's mounted to the front bumper, not the hood. Anyone have any information on the part number? The dealer thinks the hood and bumper versions are the same, but a YouTube video shows two versions. One with two pins the other with the spring loaded latch common on the hood. Also, anyone know if it's a big deal to replace it on the bumper? Thanks.

I will. I am going to have to take it to a mechanic/body shop for the removal of the front bumper. My CLS is Magnatite black. I swapped out the center caps on the wheels in 15 minutes, but the hood emblem is a whole other story.
