CLS550, BMW 550
Heated Steering Wheel Retrofit

Have you or anyone you know done it? Can it be done? Driving me crazy here in Ohio without heated steering wheel.

You're looking at about $3,300 in parts alone (depending on whether you have active lane assist, and so forth, or not) for a heated steering wheel and other needed parts (unless you can salvage the parts from a wreck).
Heated Steering Wheel: 218-460-23-18-9E38: $2,713.50
Control Module: 212-900-89-05, $132.84
Column Switches: 212-900-06-16-9051, $453.60
IMHO, I would do what I did and buy a nice pair of driving gloves.

IMHO, I would do what I did and buy a nice pair of driving gloves.
I've had it in my last two cars and It's so hard to go without it rightnow, I drive my BMW as a daily because of that. Yea, I intend to try to source the parts as cheap as possible. I found ebay.de is a usually a cheaper source if you can get them to ship.
