Hi all,
a few weeks back my rotating knob stopped working, but rest of command was fine. Earlier in the week it hit 100 inside the car (not too bad) but the screen stopped working. All functionality still works (music, bluetooth) but pure black screen.
any advice??

I have a 2014 CLS 550 and having the same problem, everything works but the screen won’t turn up, I check the fuse even replace the screen and nothing still, did you figure it out????
ECO battery in trunk may need replacement if fine, have someone pull/erase codes (battery relay could be failing) and check for COMAND CU (head unit) software update using Xentry (MB diagnostics).
