From what I know, both the caliper and rotor of all w218 cls63 and the w219 cls55 and cls63 rear brake can bolt on to the c218 cls550. W218 cls63 has 360mm of rotor in the rear and w219 cls has 330mm rotor in the rear. Both the rotor and caliper have to be change from the same year/model. I know the caliper in the rear of the cls550 is really a joke for such a powerful car. If you want to change it, I think you better change to the w218 cls63 set up. The cost for all new parts are very close. However, if you want to get used parts, the w219 caliper may be easier to find on e-bay or other used parts source for a very good price. If you really doubt about the interchangability of those parts, try look up the amg kit conversion for cls550 from Racing Brake website, the clearly states that no adapter need in the rear for their kit and only come with adapter for the front.
