Yes. I opted for 19"s so I can run them all year around...

19x8.5 ET25 (with 10mm spacer)
19x9.5 ET28 (with 20mm spacer)

I might go with lower offset wheels in the rear next year maybe

They are 19's right?
I am thinking about doing 28 front with a 19x8.5 and 32 rear with a 19x9.5. You think that should sit flush?

I would put 10mm spacers all around for flush.

Stupid question of the day but.....what’s the difference between offsets bs spacers? Does offset just mean that the new rim sits out further on its own?

Yeah. A smaller Positive offset pushes the rim outwards from the Hub. Same as spacers. So an ET 35 wheel will sit the same as an ET 45 wheel with a 10mm spacer.

Stock wheels are designed to sit inboard. Generally it looks a lot better to have the wheels more flush with the fender opening which means a lower offset or using spacers.

EDIT: Here's the best tool I could find for comparing how different wheel widths, offsets, and spacers will move your wheels in/out from the hub... http://www.tire-size-calculator.info

Has anyone installed the UPD cold air intake kit on their CLS? If so, how is it? Any significant differences?

What is the size of wheel and tire and the offset of those wheels on the picture?

We used 20"x9" // 20"x11" with 255/30/20 || 305/25/20 tires. Per HRE rules we cannot provide offset information until an order is placed but it'll be easy to replicate this setup working together.

I have it. It makes a lot of sense and I expect the reported gains are real. But can I feel it in the seat of my pants?... No.

I was going to get it too but waiting on VRP's since it will be almost half the price.

Didn't know anyone else made an air intake space. Where can we see the info on this?

i installed it... pretty simple.. search the thread "upd cold air boost kit" ... in retrospect it is kind of pricey for it being just spaces and filters.. but my power delivery is much more smooth and holds on longer in higher rpms with my tune.. and their communication is A-1 which i can appreciate with a company..
