Can the 7g Tronic handle a tune?

2014 CLS 550
Normal mileage throughout the week about 40 miles a day in hard traffic, I fill up Friday and I’m back at the gas pump Tuesday. Now I fill Friday and get to Wednesday night or Thursday morning before I fill again. I can probably get something
More accurate, but I dont actually care at all about saving gas, if I did I would of bought something smaller, or I would drive in eco , neither of which I’ll ever do lol therefore I never actually check the numbers. I will though now I’m interested to get more of a specific idea but It’s just nice now taking less trips to the gas station for sure but also I couldn’t believe it and I said why am I all of sudden getting better gas mileage and someone told me the tune. I couldnt believe it but his explanation made a little sense I guess but that’s the only thing I can attribute better gas mileage to all of a sudden after I install a tune

Mercedes-benz cls550
I did both my CLS550 and MY Edition 1 S550 from OE Tuning down in Orange county. No troubles at all but let me warn you, if you get on it in the slightest, your rear end will pop our from under you. The factory under tuned the CLS but the tune is a bit much. I'm finding that I use the E instead of the S mode because it's just to damn fast. Already blew through a tire in 5K miles. Hasn't affected the trans at all.
