Would you a Buy CPO CLS400 that Missed the 20K service
Hello All,
First post here.
I'm thinking about buying a CPO 2016 CLS400 4-matic
(Car's under warranty till Dec 2022)
The car is just what I want... The only issue is there's no record of the 20K service!
Service A was done at 11,000 miles and service B at 30,000 miles.
So 19,000 miles on the same oil!
My question is:
Is it safe to buy this car or should I run away from this one?

An oil change could have been done at another shop (not Mercedes) and it wouldn't show up on the Mercedes records. With the high cost of Mercedes 10K inspections/oil changes, many people go elsewhere. If it's a CPO car I wouldn't worry about it. Marv
