RennTech HHT (hand held tuner) allows you the unlimited ability to switch between tuned and stock ECU programming and requires no ECU removal. RennTech proprietary tuning module stores both the RennTech tuned file and your vehicles stock file. The module plugs directly into the OBD2 port and delivers the file you choose directly to the ECU. Programming takes only a few minutes and the vehicle can be reflashed at any time as many times as you wish. RennTech proprietary ECU+ upgrade for the Mercedes M157 engine offers huge gains in performance across the entire RPM range without sacrificing around town comfort or daily driver reliability. Our ECU tune offers the biggest performance gains on the market with our dyno results increasing performance from 556 HP and 544 lb/ft torque, up to an astonishing 669 HP and 734 lb/ft at the crank! This allows the CLS63 AMG to run the quarter mile on D.O.T. street tires in an impressive 11.3 seconds at 125 mph with 0-60 mph coming in a mere 3.4 seconds. Equipped with drag radials on the CLS we were able to achieve an even more impressive quarter mile time. The CLS was able to rocket down the drag strip; clocking a quarter mile time of 10.9 seconds @ 129 mph with 0-60 mph coming in 3.2 seconds!

The RennTech R1 Performance Package is the perfect entry level performance upgrade for the E 63 AMG. With the combination of the RennTech ECU Upgrade and the latest, 3rd generation Diverter Valve RennTech is able to add up to 146 HP and 257 LB-FT to the 5.5L V8 BiTurbo engine (compared to RENNtech rated stock performance). The addition of the upgraded diverter valve helps the engine to handle boost spikes in high boost pressure applications better. A surplus of boost will be released to the atmosphere and the turbocharger can be supplied with air quicker after the shifting process. This helps to eliminate the 'Turbo Lag'. The R1 performance package increases performance up to 696 hp and 801 lb/ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. Due to increased power and boost levels, 93 Octane or higher gasoline has to be used with R1 upgraded RennTech vehicles to avoid damage to the engine. States known for poor fuel quality have to be supplied with a lower power setup. The R2 performance package increases performance up to 716 hp and 826 lb-ft without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range. The R3 performance package increases performance up to 790 hp and 895 lb-ft at the crank, without sacrificing daily driver comfort or reliability and offer huge gains across the entire RPM range.

RennTech transmission upgrade consists of a complete transmission disassembly and inspection as well as a mechanical upgrade to the transmission clutch packs. This allows us the ability to maximize the amount of friction materials contained within the transmission and in turn, the amount of power which can be transmitted through each forward gear. During final assembly the transmission also receives all new gaskets, seals, o-rings as well as a new transmission pan filter. RennTech 722.9 Seven speed Mercedes Transmissions increased engine performance it becomes necessary to further improve the drive line components, most importantly the transmission in order to ensure maximum power is transmitted to the drive wheels without transmission slippage. This can not be realized with software and only truly be accomplished by an internal mechanical upgrade to the transmission hardware. RennTech 3rd Generation Diverter Valve for the M157 5.5L V8 BiTurbo features an all-new Blow-Off Valve implemented into the re-designed OEM turbo tubes. The Diverter Valve releases the boost in high-boost situation and/or boost spikes. This especially helps during the shifting process, for faster shifting and a quicker boost response for the next gear. It helps to eliminated the so called 'Boost Lag'. With the installation of the RennTech Diverter Valve, they are able to supply the engine with more boost pressure in order to gain higher HP numbers. The turbo tubes are ceramic coated in titanium to sustain high temperature and provide a more aesthetic look in the engine bay

RennTech T-304 stainless steel (SS) sport mufflers are hand made and rigorously tested to remove any unwanted resonances in the cabin to deliver a deep sound that keeps with the character of a luxury performance vehicle. RennTech mufflers with 2 3/4 inch diameter tubing offer lighter weight than the stock exhaust and improve performance by reducing exhaust back pressure, increasing exhaust gas flow and cylinder scavenging. RennTech Locking Limited Slip Differential, a differential is the last point between the engine and the wheels where power is transferred. The differential functions as a system to direct engine power at the wheels while allowing them to rotate at different speeds. By upgrading the differential, you benefit in both straight line stability and vehicle handling while cornering. During a full power straight line run, our LSD (limited slip differential) will lock 100% and provide torque equally to each powered wheel, providing stable straight line runs. When exiting from a corner, our LSD's transition to the full 100% lock position is smooth and predictable. This gives the vehicle better traction and stability throughout the corner, improving overall lap times and a noticeable improvement in overall vehicle handling. The track is not the only place where the differential comes into play though. Bad weather and harsh road conditions can make the street a dangerous place. In snow, ice, wet weather and regions where the road surface can become unstable, our LSD easily adapts and adjusts tire rotation to increase vehicle stability on the road and help to dramatically improve driver safety. RennTech differential is a unique, patented, clutch- type LSD which makes this a true100% locking differential. Because of this function, there is no movement of internal parts, leading to less heat being generated while in operation and in turn, less wear of the friction disks.
