2014 CLS 550 radio cuts out at stop light

Hello, I have a 2014 CLS 550 that when you stop at a light the radio fades out also Bluetooth phone call if you're on the phone when I let off the brake the sound returns slowly. Took to the dealer they replaced the Aux battery it stopped for a month been doing it ever since any suggestions?

Any reference to fault codes on invoice, if not have them revisit at no cost to check for codes inclusive of remedy.

I will do that I have an appointment next week. The code they got was the Aux battery was bad. I just checked the Aux battery with my multimeter it has 13.47V so its good. Thanks again for the advice, I will let them know this on Tues next week.
