DIY: CLS400 Oil Change from Bottom

Some mods coming soon...stay tuned.
My service A is coming up at the start of July, I'm currently at about 57,000KM (35,418 miles). The service booklet says to do a transmission service every 6 years or 120,000 KM so I'll be doing that as well. I'm pretty sure our vehicles have the torque converter as well so that should be drained as well. Has any 400 owner done a transmission service? Dealer quoted me at $695 lol.
Awesome video by the way, what mods do you have coming up for your car?

Have to do it on my w204 as well.
Mods are gonna be mostly cosmetic for now, will start with some small things and work my way up.
I also have a R230 SL500, where you either use a oil extractor or drop the oil pan to for oil flush, which is a bit more complicated. But now that i watched this video, might go back to replacing the oil myself on the CLS. $300 for a regular oil change - i'll pay me for that
Bottom line is that each dealer sets his own price for the services. No wonder they quoted you higher. I've seen that before. My next things to look into - spark plugs and transmission / differential flush. Don't feel paying $2500 for that at the dealer.

That means you can really do the oil change yourself 5 times for the cost of 1 dealer change. That's 50k miles hah.
