Hello all. I am in the process of swapping out my 2012 steering wheel (almond/wood) with a brown full leather one (2013 model). I understand in some cases contact plates need to be swapped over as well for steering wheel buttons to function properly, but being that it's basically the same generation wheel (not a newer generation wheel) do I still need to swap the contact plate? Just trying to avoid double the work.
