Hello everyone, I just picked up this 14 CLS550 yesterday and I really love it so far but today the radio volume dial stopped rotating and now basically will not move. The on off button still works. I have seen a few posts about maybe the dial will simply pull off but I want to be sure it will on this year. First time Mercedes owner and this car really amazes me. Car only has 26k miles on it too, super clean.
Okay it does simply come right out with a little pressure. Strange thing is the it seems to rotate after sitting overnight but once I got the interior cooled off it dries up again. Seems to be temp related I’d say.
