Went to transfer my Sirius from e550 and there where no issues. They said transferred and was active. But no matter what the command system is just not giving me access to any sat radio feature. Theres no hitting radio button several times or even searching using the speak feature. ?!???
My guess is, Sirius has the incorrect code for your C218.
I did the same transfer a year ago and it was seamless.
I would send them the VIN and ask them to double check.

Hey if I where to get carfit/carplay audio or w.e it's called or just update the screen that would resolve this as long as they are Sirius enabled correct?
