I feel as if my car sucks at launching off the line. I brake boost to 2200 rpm, hold it for about 2 seconds and let it go, but I get smoked by a Range Rover SVR even though it weighs a good 700-800 pounds more..It is pushing about 70 horsepower more, but I've got about 40 pound feet on it. There's just no way it should've won off the line like that in my opinion. I was catching up and about to gap anyways, but I should've never been in this position in the first place. I also had a very poor launch against a stock Kia Stinger GT which is in the mid to high 300's for horsepower and torque (they have turbos as well), and I then gapped them.
I'm currently around the 70,000+ km range, is it time for new & colder spark plugs or could it be something else? I have no issues with the car, no CEL, and I bought the car at about 35,000km or so I'm assuming they were never replaced in that time frame.

See if you have a boost leak
I can't really compare but I just did cls400 4matic vs scat pack 392 the other day and I would lead until ~72mph, with 2 car length gap at most. Obviously, none of the ones you mentioned are awd, so I can't say.
I’ve posted two Dragy screenshots below. The 4.38 seconds being my time that I got last year, and the one below is another CLS400 that is around the same horsepower / torque as mine as they’re tuned with Eurocharged Canada.
My tuner Jerry last year did say that he was launching the car harder according to the acceleration (g) line, but that it was wheel spin. Now it hits me looking at these graphs and from recent drag races that my launches should be so much better.
