Our 2014 CLS550 had an issue - start car, dash lights up with error messages, you can shift into drive or reverse but the car wont move.
Had car at dealer for 7-8 weeks and they finally replaced the battery. Just got back today and hopefully that fixed it.
They said the trans and other computers dont like low voltage.
If your main battery is ~6 years old, you should probably replace it.
I've also replaced the small batter 2x so far.

What kind of dealer takes over a half hour to diagnose low voltage? Seriously, that is absolutely insane.
There is a huge shortage of mechanics everywhere. My dealer has only one tech that can do electrical work.
It was 3 weeks before the tech could even look at the car the first time.
