2012 cls550 dyno mode

Tried it once because I was told it would make the transmission hold gears in manual mode instead of shifting up automatically at redline. It still shifted up. Otherwise, it broke loose exactly the same as it did with just turning ESP off in the cluster menu. The steering felt a little heavier though, and apparently it disables ABS too.

yea interesting the e55 amg would totally go bonkers in dynomode, all tc was off and the wheels would spin all the time. I guess they may not totally turn off tc on the m278 or it's just the 4matic makes it seem that way.

Turning ESP off in the menu fully turns it off in my experience. I have ripped fat skids and have had no problems doing donuts or drifts. The main issue as I said is the transmission wont hold gears. As soon as you get within 300 rpm of redline it will shift up into the next gear bogging you down. Also 4matic will obviously make it more tame.. it's AWD.
