Air flow issue on CLS 400

No airflow from cabin vents -HELP
I own a 2015 cls400 and am having an issue with my climate control system.
I only get airflow out of my vents when in recirculate mode.
When I turn this off I get no air out of the vents.
Can anyone tell me how to resolve that problem?
