Can anyone tell me why I only have airflow from my cabin air vents when in recirculate but no airflow if recirculate is off?
Blower is operating. I hear it, but nothing exiting vents except when recirculation button is lit red.
Very confused with this issue.
2015 CLS 4Matic. Thanks for any input on this subject.

Sounds like a blender door problem. This unit is usually located above passenger footwell area.
Have you pulled codes?

I don't have the proper code reader so I can't check codes myself. I will, however dig into the passenger footwell area and try to locate the blender door to see if it's stuck or something. Thanks for the suggestion.

As I type this, our 07 Jaguar S-Type R is at the shop being repaired for this exact problem - blender door was inoperative, sending air to the wrong vents. In this case, it was a circuit board that shorted in a module near the door in the passenger footwell. Good luck!
Also, make sure you aren't dealing with a low-voltage issue.
