I replaced the chain tensioner and installed a check valve in an M278 in a 2012 CLS550. Didn't touch the cam adjusters. The exhaust cam looks like it's jumped about 3 teeth; I have no idea how this could happen. Is it possible that the tone ring/wheel shifted when I tightened the oil solenoid to 130 Nm? Any and all help appreciated.
