Ashtray -> cointray

I remembered that someone was looking for a soultion regarding no coin tray in the CLS. I used to have W211 E500 and I took the rubber mat from the astry and fit it in the CLS and it is the same perfect fit. Also, here is the chrome auto seat adjustment buttons cover from my E500 that also fit perfectly in my CLS now.

Cheers.

Chrome seat cover - it is plastic with chrome housing. Let me warn you 1st, it fell out to me twice and now I use little glue to do it and it is not falling out anymore.
http://www.formymercedes.com/mb_resu...Control+Covers

OEM ashtray rubber mat, special order about $6.XX. Mercedes part number: 211-683-00-51.

I also have this http://www.formymercedes.com/mb_resu...inum+Door+Pins but let me warn you again that it looks great when it stands up but once the door is locked and the knob is down then it is impossibe to pick it up since this knob is lot smaller and the knob will be all the way inside the hole.

Cheers!

Great idea - I'll make sure to take my rubber coin tray holder out of my E before I sell it.

If you have the rubber cargo mat, please make sure bring that too since it is a close fit too, not perfect but I can live with it.

Cheers!

So What Are The Odds...

While I was at the dealership picking up my CLS...I went to the parts counter with the part # of the ashtray rubber mat. The parts guy looks at the number...and says "i'm out of it"...I say "How the heck do you know what it is...do you know your inventory that well?" He says..."Someone just ordered one of those earlier today and I recognized the number..says he wants to use it to keep his coins from rolling around.."

WHAT ARE THE ODDS???
