0 - 60 Mph In 5.5 Seconds According To Car And Driver!
According to Car and Driver's May issue, the CLS500 does 0 to 60 mph in 5.5 seconds. This is pretty fast! The dealer literature stated 6.1 seconds (which is fast too).
The article is full of praise for the car. I will be posting excerpts soon. My CLS500 arrived yesterday. The dealer wants to do a three day PR stint with it and I have agreed. I will be getting it in a bit over a week, after it clears customs and the dealer has thrown a couple of ****tail parties.

Highs: Stunning shape, stirring performance, stylish cabin.
Lows: The decklid badge is like a blemish on an otherwise perfect skin, electrohydraulic brakes still a few tweaks shy of perfection
The Verdict: A styling tour the force inside and out.
