What to inspect when taking delivery?
I will be taking delivery of my new CLS soon. What should I pay special attention to when the dealer turns the car over to me? (details would be apreciated).... Thanks in advance.

Congratulations!!
I got mine last week. The dealer recommended this teflon interior/exterior sealant for $595, which I had done. I don't think it's really necessary though, since MB probably puts protective stuff on the paint anyway. But since mine is silver I thought it might be a good idea. One word of caution: the stuff they put on the interior kinda suppresses that new car smell.
BTW, I absolutely love the car and it has no problems.

Funny you should say that - I know for a fact it's on a ship just now between Zeebrugge in Belgium and England. I guess if they just hang a left, then left again, Hawaii ain't too far off. You take good care of it now
