mp3 ffw AND rwd

Has anyone else noticed how slow the fast-forward and rewind are on MP3 discs? I also cannot figure out how to display the song title on FM...Also, am I the only one hearing occasional creaking noises from the right pillar when cornering?

damn, no u r not. i get that same crackle, not related to cornering though for me. also ffwd and rwnd are slow on both reg CDs and MP3s. i dont think we get the display for FM w/o satellite radio.

maybe i'm deaf in one ear, but fortunately i've not heard the sound you describe. i have adjusted my expectations on the CD changer advance and rewind speeds - tend to use the AUX input for my iRiver H10 (someone has to think differently than iPod).
