Service D on CLS

Service D on CLS
On the multifunction display it shows that I have to go in for Service "D" in 8k. I currently have 5K miles, so I assume it the 13k service. I looked in the service guide manual that my car came with and it shows the Service codes in number, not letters (i.e Service 1, Service 2, not Service A, Service B). Does anyone know what is Service D and does you CLS show the service code in letters or numbers?

D being the 4th letter of the alphabet corresponds to a 4 hour labor estimate. See this link (hopefully still works) describing FSS for the W211.
