hey everyone, i have been here for quite a long time, but i never had a chance to post my CLS. i will take some better pictures tomorrow. i have a WALD kit that i didn't put on yet because i want to mess around with a stock car first. i am hoping to get some rims soon. again, i am only 19 and i don't mind admitting that my father bought me this car. i am thankful for it.

lol~ actually, he doesen't have a car right now because he travels back and forth from hong kong and korea and he sold his old S320 not to long ago. he had an old 5 series before that but he broke down. i still remember his 92' SL 500. it kicked ***.

thanks~ it is very hard to keep it clean. everytime i get home, i see dirt or some kind of crap sticking on my car.

I like this cup holder, I though I was going on to get the same but unfortunatly I have a horrible plastic thing

I was actually was expected the same as yours as I saw it in a bloack CLS 55 at ziegler in encino (L.A) in october. I ended up with this one and felt stupid because first it takes space in the compartment and second if you just have one can you still have this ugly plastic thing, so you cannot but your arm on the armrest!

I don't think I can change that must be european version, I don't know.

That is the European version. MB reacted to a JD Power & Assoc. survey whereby U.S. customers complained the original cup holders were too small to fit large containers so they were redesigned to the ones we have.

i just recived my car at last after waitting 3 month and 16 days , unfortunatly i have the same problem i thought i will get the rounded to cups . insted i got this stupid plastic cup i ask the agency if they can replace it , but it seams difficult as for the version in here in kuwait the delear said some of the car come like this and others come with the two cups ( randomly ) !!!!!!! i was really sad a bout it, the two cups add more lexuries look at the car from inside.

that sucks to hear. but i am sure if you tell your dealer that you are not satisfied with your car, they will do something to make you happy. you paid lots of money for this car, this car better make you at least close to 100% satsified.
