Winter tires this is the question!
I have a question: my CLS fit 245/40r 18 for the front tires and for rear tires 275/ 35r 18. There's only one winter tire for the 275/35 r 18 and is the Winter Sport M3 Dunlop in V ( max 240 km/h). The question is if its better by 2 new alloy rims for the rear (in the size for the 245/40r 18 ) so I'll can fit all witer tires (Pirelli, Michelin, Continental etc) or its better fit the Dunlop Winter Sport M3? Which off set of the rim its correct for my Cls for the rear with 245/40 r 18 tires? 18?

Thinner(in width) tires work much better in snow/rain roads.
If you can afford 2 extra rear wheel to fit 245s, your tires will grip much better in snow than w/275s
