What is the best deal you think I can get on a CLS550 (06 or 07).
With AMG package and NAV.

The dealer discounted the car down to 70250 from 78750. The money factor was also 0.00300. A different dealer quoted me $2500 down and $1650 a month. When we looked at the numbers, the money factor was 0.004500.
I guess I got a great deal...

They just started this week with their lease specials so you should be able to get a sweet deal on the non-exotic cars. They told me today though that they just cannot do anything less than .004 on the money factor even with tier 1 credit ... blah blah blah. So I am not sure what to make of that.

The business definition is: The rate used by the auto leasing company to calculate the auto lease's total rental charges (service charge). The money factor is expressed in a figure, i.e.,(.00189). Generally, the lower the money factor, the less your payments will be.
The easy way to think about it is that it is the equivelant of the interest rate when you finance a car. Check out http://www.leaseguide.com/lease08.htm for more information about how it is calculated and converted to finance charge.
