Reducing Tire Width
Hi, anybody know the effect if I want to reduce the tire sizes from AMG size to non-AMG size.
F: 255/40/18 -> 245/40/18
R: 285/35/18 -> 275/35/18
Why? 1. Less pick up craps on the road (doors, lower panel fender has scratches/dents already) 2. More variety of tires to choose from the reduce sizes. 3. It's cheaper!

I dont think there will be a prob since the stock CLS comes with that sizes (245F and 275R). The only downside that I can think of is your car wont look aggressive cos of the narrower tires.
