I am assuming you’re not using any of the memory setting(s) but rather manually adjusting with seat control.
Bring it in there could be a problem with the fuse (resistance measurement), seat switch, or Electrical Seat Position Adjustment (ESA) control and the seat needs to be “normalized” (moved through the full range of motion) with SDS.
