I have a 2006 CLS-500, which i have had two major problems. First is the transmission doesnt engage sometimes when i shift out of park. Although this has happen few times. My second more frequent problem is that steering wheel shakes around 50+mph. I have taken it to a dealer five times, and it hasnt been fixed at. So If anyone can recommend one please let me know.

if i were you, i would contact your MB regional rep. explain your problem.
at the end of your explanation, ask him if he could help you resolve your problem without going to court.
more often than not, if you have a legit problem, they would rather replace your car.
