Just got back from MB of SF and they could not adjust my mirrors to tilt when I am in reverse. At first the service advisor said it because you did not but the folding mirror package. So I told him that not a package for 2007 so he said "oh it has been removed from the new CLS". Oh well, that's sucks for me.

So how did the other guys do it, dont listen to the techs, half the time I tell them how to do this or that..

As I am picking up my car i read your post via my blackberry and ask to speak to a manager of the shop. And all of a sudden he knows how to fix the problem Thanks for lighting a fire under my A#$

So its fixed!!! good **** , Can u post the protocal # for the mirror, I need to take mine in soon....

I have no clue, i did not even want to ask any questions since I didnt believe it was possible. I am surprised by the poor comunication that is going on at Mercedes, this quick fix should be know by all
