DUB auto show Atlantic City pics
thanks K!
You know, we get that this is a forum where you are entitled to share your opinion. You may or may not like Khela's car or any of the others but to straight up diss another member's whip is not cool and immature. I'd make sure that I knew what I was saying before spitting out an uninformed opinions about the man's body kit if I was an alleged Mercedes guy. Secondly, the days of Cali owning the custom whip game are over. There are shops and enthusiasts busting out rides every day from the Midwest, East Coast, and the Dirty South that can run with anything the West can bring. This is a forum where members come to talk about what we all have in common and that is are whips and not to slam each other, so if that's on your agenda, you're in the wrong place. Lastly, you are entitled to your opinion are welcome to express it..but show some class with what you have to say.

Im a picky guy, what can I say

Opinions are like *******s, everyone has one.
I personally dont like that car, but Im sure many do.
Either way, good job with what youve done so far
I think that this body style is ground breaking for mercedes and will always be a classic, similar to the first CLK.
I still think that the first CLK looks allot better than the new one, and the CLS will hold the same reputation.
I drive a 2002 Honda accord coupe, (manual transmission), to work every day, but I'm really thinking about trading it for the older CLK.

Now coming from a w208 owner, you should definitely trade in your honda for one of these cars. I love it and it is so much fun and you can do so much with it to make it look sexy as h***. The w209 doesn't compare to the w208 at all.
p.s on the Sl you shower pics of, are those real diamonds????

thanks~
i'm using two MTX 8500 series 12" subs. I used MTX because the installer, Tom Bostic, works for MTX and prefers to use it. My first choice was JL audio, like what Stef used in his lorinser ML, but MTX worked out well and performs great!
i would not turn away from JL bro. JL w6's are really good subs, your installer just needs to wire them the right way. They also need to be in the right box, and positioned correctly.
I had two 15" JL w6's in a ford escort in high school, lol. This was my best bass experience ever.

I think most CLS drivers with a custom box in the trunk will never hear the sound fully, because of the cars construction. I cut a hole in my rear seat area to allow some sound in the car, and it worked out great !
Eyceburg 11 has the most modded mercedes benz that i have ever seen. I saw his ML at my first car show in 2003, when I was a spectator. We are now members of a club called New Image Motorsports, with a bad *** collection of whips, so look out LA.

by the way, i paid $40 each for my wife and I to enter that show. The show was over at 6 pm that Sunday, and I got there at 5 pm, lol.
$80 for 1 hour

then you can add all the go fast mods and have 600+ HP.....I looked at all the pics my friend, and not one benz there displayed the interior. Thats a common practice at car shows you know, to display all mods.
There was nothing but benz's with rims there.
If you are biased because you have an AMG car, then you are posting in the wrong place. So I guess you think that you are better than everyone here because you have an AMG ?. well I dont think like you do bro. some people here bought 500's and 550's because they wanted to.
I have plans to modify my engine also, and it made no sense for me to buy the AMG version because you dont get points at custom car shows for STOCK parts. Why should I have bought the AMG version, when Im going to swap and change parts anyway ?

I guess the people at Car & Audio mag were on drugs also when they did a 5 page feature on my car ?
I am dissapointed to see someone from LA, a state filled with modaholics, display so much hatred.
You were right about one thing, If I wanted to buy a CLS 55, I could have.
And by the way, don't show me what your brother can do, show me what you can do.
Thanks again, for the support guys, and look out for my engine mods comming soon. I'm in the process of looking at my options.
I think i will feel better knowing that I did this work to a 500, and I won't mind keeping up with an AMG.

again, very nice car!
the JLw6's did give a nice deep tone, but i need something that has very good response. i am sorry to say that the w6's didn't give that to me. i am thinking of the w7's instead. the stuff i listen have a lot of fast bass drum work. so precise response is needed for sure. i will def check out the subs you are using now:P
thanks~
