cls500 Vs. S500 sport Vs. S55

Hi everyone,
I've read this forum for a long time and i'm looking to sell my car and get a new one. I'm just wondering what the opinion would be if all my choices would cost roughly $45K. An 2006 S500 Sport with 30K miles, a 2006 CLS500 non sport with 30K miles, a 2005 CL55 with 45-55K miles on it, or an 2005 S55 with 45-55K miles on it. My question is basically which is the best value for the money taking into consideration looks, reliability, warrantee issues, performance(i'm not concerned about roominess, or gas mileage). An S55/Cl55 msrp'd for around 120K while the S500 and CLS were around 80K. Let me know the concensus. Thanks
