Good Deal?
Hey guys,
First of all, I'm new here and hope this is right place to post this.
So I live in Japan and I'm out for a new CLS. Here we have three options: CLS 350 (3500cc), CLS 500, and the CLS 63 AMG. Remember, over here, the prices are noticeably higher than they are in the U.S. when looking at imported cars.
Currently, I'm looking at a used CLS 350 AMG Sports Edition for around $56,000 (6,000,000 yen). I did some research on this special edition and apparently there were only 350 of its type made with special appearance enhancements.
These are the special add-ons, specifically:
* AMG styling package (front spoiler, side/rear skirts)
* AMG twin chromed exhaust pipes
* AMG 18-inch multi-spoke light alloy wheels and broad-based tires
* Tinted glass in blue
* Glass sliding roof
* Specially designed leather seats (nappa leather)
* Shift paddles
* Trim: High-gloss laurel wood
Base Price: $87,000 (9,400,000 yen)
The one I'm looking at is from 2006 and was used less than 17,000 miles. As I mentioned before, it costs $56,000 with it painted over to eliminate any small scratches. I found on the following website (bear with me, this site is in Japanese but has pics of the car.)

So what do you guys think? Is this car a good buy or should I look for another one?
