How can i tell if i'm wired for phone?
Hey guys, i just picked up a 06 cls500. Was looking around in the arm rest but couldn't tell if i was wired for phone or not. As i'm hearing that the difference will mean cost of just a puck or the wiring which will rum me about 2k. Can any of you experts let me know what is a quick way to determine if i'm wired or not? Thanks in advance.

You and I had the same problem ..I also have a 06 cls500, i just found out that my car is not pre-wired for the phone system (from the mb dealer)
To check if you car has a phone system pre wired- open up the arm rest, look for a cradle hook up. if you cant find it - your not pre-wired.
I'm still looking around who can install my phone system for a cheaper price, so far no luck... Good luck..ENJOY THE CAR....
