hello everyone,
i bought my cls500 used. its a 2006 and has 37,000 miles on it. is it still under the warranty even though there was a change of ownership to the car?

thanks guys. ima take it to the dealer tomorow. i am getting some whine sound from the engine. i am thinking it can be the power steering. anyways they'll know wassup. the sound is loud when i first start the engine and goes away kinda later on.
