My DVD is stuck in the NAV

SOB! The old DVD won't come out of the nav, I keep pressing the eject button. It won't come out on my CLS.

I bought the new DVD, and I want to put it in, does anyone know how to get the DAMN thing to eject?

Are you pressing eject on the NAV itself? You know the DVD is in the trunk right...

Attempt to reset the navigation processor in trunk by pulling/reinstalling fuse 3 (7.5A) at rear SAM or pull processor and disconnect power supply (B) then try ejecting again.

Ok, try this. Make sure the trunk is closed. Open the trunk. Press the eject button once. Now wait. These units have a tendency to overreact to too many repeated pushes on the button. There also appears to be an electrical interlock with the trunk lock. Don't ask me how, my E has that quirk. So I'm just guessing that the CLS might be similar.

This is an old post but I had this problem today. I removed the nav unit which wouldn't slide out easily. I pulled the fuse. I wanted to hit it with a hammer but then I found this post. I closed the trunk, opened it, pressed eject and it popped right out.
