FS: New OEM iPOD Interface Adapter Kit
I purchased the kit for my CLS but never got around to even opening the box. I cannot confirm it well fit any other MB models but the first pic is of the model number.
I am asking $200 plus shipping.

I do not know if it will work in your E class. I would think the easiest way is to call the parts guy at the MB dealership and ask him. The first pic in my post shows the part number of the one I have.
