Has Anyone Experiences a Sudden Sputter/Loss of Power while accelerating
This is the 3rd time this has happened. It goes something like this:
1- At a complete stop or slow start, then accelerate to about 40 mph
Symptoms:
The car for only a second at most will sputter and all the instrument lamps will light up. There will be a total loss of power. Then it will go back to normal and accelerate and operate as normal.
I took it in the first time and MB technicians were not able to identify the cause or replicate. Since then it has done it twice, about 45 days spread from each occurrence.
Anyone have any thoughts? The car is a MY09 CLS 550
