Question for all lowered and rim riders
I have 20s and lowering links to save from the tires wearing quickly in the rear should I raise the car sometimes, or is it any way to not run thru tires quickly?

CLS/cayenne S/M3 convert
I have the same problem
I have my car lowered via STAR on 20 x9F 255/30/20/ 20x10.5R 295/25/20. i run threw tires & I'M sick of it I'm going to be ordering KMAC it will adjust the camber so the tires wear out evenly (I am assuming the inside 1/4 tread of tires are wearing out ) All ClS are know for their camber issue it much worst when the car is lowered.

CLS 550
Ok, this might have been gone over in previous threads but here seems like a good place to ask. I want to lower my CLS 550 by 50mm. As a matter of fact, here are two pictures of exactly how I want my CLS to look (haven't decided between 19's or 20's):
This one is lowered 50mm on 20's

And this one is lowered 50mm as well, but sits on 19's

Both of these are lowered via Inden Adjustable Lowering Modules (25mm-50mm). What would be the difference if I decided to go with 50mm lowering springs instead? How would that play into daily driving? Tire wear? and this camber issue that, I'm sorry to say, I know little about?
Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

If you have Airmatic suspension, you don't have springs to change. Regardless of method, when you pancake a car, you will have geometry/tire wear issues. It can become a rather costly affair to compensate for this. Good luck.
