CLS 500
I have not had time to install them yet. But I found the mounting instructions at http://www.rdash.com.tw/product_doc/...stallation.jpg
It looks like a lot more work than what vendor lead one to believe.

Skip to step 4, step 1 and 2 looks like they took off the chrome. The only problem is that it might be a little harder to see the lights when installing them and a screw driver short enough to fit in the small space where the plates mount. I took out the lights on my uncle's CLS within 4mins. For the S-class.... thats another story. Much harder.
Pretty much, you just have to unscrew the 4 screws thats holding the lights in place, take it out and replace with your new lights.

Received and now begins the install. Looking for some help with the chrome trim removal. Got all the other stuff off (plastic trim, felt liner, the 2 screws under the edge of the chrome trim.) Not wanting to break anything, can someone provide some insight on how that chrome piece is removed? Thanks.

I see the problem now, I just helped my friend installed his pair. The chrome piece took about half an hour to take off CAREFULLY without damaging, bending, scratching, etc etc. I used a plastic "shovel" to slowly take out the 6 pins holding it together. Along the way i stuffed a knife in there to cut through the glue. Tedious process. The adhesive on the trim piece was still sticky enough, but I would re-seal the chrome piece once installation is done. Goodluck to you.
