Oh man I bought it with about 80,000 miles about year and half ago. But know I'm having a problem with my headlights. Passenger side headlight isn't working. I bought new headlights for the car, new. Still doesn't work, also had someone replaced the sam module which was supposed to be the problem. Does anyone know what the problem could be, please help.

Headlight problem
My lights aren't HID.

Underneath the passenger. Pull back carpet from under the dashboard, move plate and screws. Pull off plate and there is an small black box called an SAM module. That happened to be the problem. Ordered the part and picking it up today. will let you know later if that's the final issue.

Well it better be the problem already replaced both headlight assembly's.

Well the sam module was the problem after almost a thousand dollars in headlights. No sweat was going to replace them anyway, started looking a little hazed.

I'm glad to hear you got this repaired on your own! Tweaking headlights never look good on a luxury vehicle! U might as well install some hids now

Sitting at 74k now. Just got my front ball joints replaced. Total between service, front lower control arms and ball joints came out to $1650. Independent shop price. I don't even want to know what it would cost at the stealership.

What made you replace the ball joints?

I could hear a noticeable clunking sounding. Got it checked out. They replaced the lower control arms first and that fixed it. But they told me I'll need to replace my ball joints soon too. Like a month later I needed to replace the ball joints. Problem solved.

2007 CLS550
Purchased at 43k, now sitting at 47k. Only had her for 5 months.

Check engine light went off...apparently it threw a secondary emissions code. Taking car in on Wednesday for an emissions/smoke test and crossing my fingers and hoping for the best.

Car performs like a champ, but there is a rattle noise I'm trying to isolate that is driving me nuts (only noticeable on harsher roads)
