CLS/cayenne S/M3 convert
RETRO FITTING STEERING WHEEL

Has any swap out their steering wheel from (06-08) four spoke to the newer three spoke wheel found on (09-11)with paddle shift i currently have tabs shifter......... i want to know if this is possible. I know the airbag are not the same.

I'm changing out my wheel too. I know we must disconnect the battery but which one? The batery up front or the one in the rear?

But when you disconnect the main battery (as when changing steering wheel), wouldn't the aux kick in?

No, disconnecting ground cable to main battery (trunk) disables battery control unit (BCU) and associated relay that determines need for auxiliary battery. Check PM.

Should we be worked about any codes that it may throw after disconnecting the battery? Also should we have to recalibrate the windows? What is the process post installation? Thx
