Working on it bro!
Yes it is a factory color
Actually it is LOL. The paint literally has a mind of it's own. Depending on what time of the day, my car color changes 2 different colors. It's actually really neat. It changes from greyish blue to a dolphin grey. In broad daylight you see more of the greyish blue tone. The sun really brings out the pearls in the paint. In the evening or in the shade it looks like a dolphin grey. This is a pic of my car in a parking garage in dolphin grey mode LOL.

It's been a while since I posted any updates. Been busy with so many things lately. Here are a few small updates! My interior is quite dusty and dirty in these photos since I took the photos after the install so please ignore the dust and other junk in the background
Installed the new screen with the paint matched dash kit (faceplate)
Hello Rear back up camera!
Hello newly installed hidden Front bumper camera! (still need to make some adjustments on the positioning)
This new screen and the technology it packs is simply amazing! Video and Music streaming anywhere we go! (when connected to the iPhone)
A little something that's in the works. The fit and finish on these LED DRLs is spot on and will look OEM.
Can't wait to install this new UPD Supercharger Pulley!

Sorry for the bombardment... I'm just looking at putting a pretty unique setup in my car and it involves a kenwood deck.

Hankook tires i found to have limited grip. Toyo proxes ton of grip and good looking good wear.If you don't want to break those rim or bend get continental dw extreme.

Wow the car came out nice! I'm glad you had a good experience with progressive autosport, as I went in there a few days back and got treated like garbage. Anyway, what are those wheels specs? If you mind me asking, Im just really looking for wheels to put on my SL and I know CLS have the same fitment. I'm the same way, lip+concave=sex.

CLS550 AMG Pkg.
Very interested. Where you able to find harnesses or did you have to splice yourself? Does the kenwood play nice with the harmon kardon amp? Did you use your factory GPS antenna? Any crazy converters I should know about?

Very impressive work.
Besides losing the steering wheel controls, any downside to swapping the COMAND unit with the Kenwood ? It looks much more modern - and even the new Mercedes W218 frustrate me with the small screen used.

I am trying to install that same Kenwood Nav on mine and can't seem to find the correct Dash Faceplate Kit, can you let me know were you purchased it? Also, How did you go about removing the headlights? I want to clean mines from the inside but heard it's a nightmare to remove! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
