My dilemma is that the car gets too low on the freeway.. I was going to take it back to the shop and have them undo whatever the F$#@ they did.. but I'd be out $250 and just put the Programa in.

Not washers, I think they made links. To be honest, I don't know.. The place sounded like they knew what they were doing.. but I'm really not happy with the service or the end result. I wish I would have seen all of these threads first.. So now I need your guys input to fix this ****.

If you aren't happy, why don't you go back and say it is a crappy job. Get some of your money back or have the programa installed for free at least. my shop did it in 40min.

Yeah, I'm going to. I just need to talk to Programa tomorrow and get one. They specialize in BMW's but apparently one of their tech's had a CLS WALD and made it sound like he did these mods to lower a lot of Benz's.. not sure if this is the case or not, talking to them tomorrow.

Is the ProgRama the same as this unit that is sold through loweringmodule.com? Its called "Mercedes-Benz V2 Lowering Module WITH the V2 Remote Control bundled" (20mA draw)

I'm using the lowering module from RennTech and found it easy to adjust using my laptop. There is even a bypass plug to return to stock height for dealer visits. As I am new to this I was wondering if anyone else had experience with this model?

The benefit of the Programa module is that you dont need a laptop, you can just use the in-car controller which in my opinion is much faster and easier. It is very easy to return the car to stock height with the programa module, select "turn module off" and the car returns to stock. The "vehicle raise" button also works too, but raises a bit higher than stock.

I did not follow proper Group Buy protocall so my new thread was deleted. The moderator was good enough to spell out for me the procedure to follow and I have made the request per the rules and hopefully will receive clearance to post the Group Buy shortly.
