CLS 2 Fin Grille for 06 to 08
I have found a few discussions on here that the 2 fin grille won't work for 06 to 08. The tabs are different on the bottom from what I understand. My questions is if anyone knows if someone did make one that would fit, I think I like the 2 fin better than the 1 fin. I know 55 tech sells a nice aftermarket grille. Also did anyone every modify the bottom tabs to work? I have an 06 looking to get that 2 fin on there.

It can be modified to fit. However, I believe the fitment is not that good and there is a bit of a gap where the bottom of the grill meets the bumper, someone correct me if I'm wrong?
There are used OEM 2-fin grills on ebay for $325-400...your best bet is to get the 55tech one-fit grill; I was initially looking for the two-fin grill because I thought it looked better, but, after installing my 1-fin grille I think it looks great, IMO especially if you have the AMG package with the black mesh inserts on the lower bumper.
