Where to get wheel spacers

Where to get wheel spacers
New to the CLS world and I just purchased a set of 20" Klass 3 piece wheels. When mounting I noticed the grease bearing cover pokes through the center of the wheel not allowing me to affix the center cap all the way so I need to add spacers. I have no idea where to get spacers, if I should run a specific kind for MB, do I need to lenghten the lug bolts and also should I run all 4 corners with spacers so offsets dont look weird having spacers in front and not in the rear. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks you!

When trying to mount the front rim does it mount up but with a gap between the rotor hub and rim? When I mounted my hub centric rims with correct offset due to getting them powder coated the rim would did not sit flush with rotor hub until I tighten the rim down until it made contact, once the grease cap goes all the way inside of the rim.

You need extended bolts, my oem bolts are 28mm at the shank so whatever size spacer you decide to get you add that number to the 28mm. Ex. If you put on 5mm spacers you want 33mm -35mm. And make sure the spacers are hub centric. You can get them on eBay. With same idea of length of overall bolts it applies to offset. Ex. 30mm offset with 5mm equals 25mm.
